GASFA Subject: Technical/Career Education Scholarship

GASFA will continue to award scholarships for technical/career education students. Attached you will find the guidelines interested students should use in submitting the appropriate documentation.

The board hopes to award 4 scholarships this year and to continue supporting those that are in two year programs that received scholarships last year. Keep in mind this program is only possible because of support from our valued vendors. Note that only counties that have "active" representatives (attended the last two GASFA meetings) will be allowed to submit scholarship candidates from their counties. Applications will be limited to "two" per county.

We need your support in assisting with dissemination of this program to the technical/career program administrative personnel in your area. It is hoped that scholarship applications will be in and evaluated in time to allow for award at your school systems senior night program. In that light, applications must be received

by April of each year. All applications will be reviewed and awardees notified by the middle of May.
